Billcar Limited is proud to present, EXEDY’s new to range, 4 piece, single mass flywheel and clutch kit for the Nissan Navara D40 and Nissan Pathfinder R51 vehicles.

As an OE clutch and torque convertor supplier to all 12 Japanese passenger and commercial vehicle manufacturers, EXEDY Corporation of Japan manufactures both DMF and SMF technologies and recognises the merits of each. EXEDY would not jeopardise its reputation on OE pedigree by offering an inferior aftermarket product that causes problems. Debate about the merits or otherwise of the DMF and SMF conversion kits has raged for years. EXEDY is keen to point out that their new product launch of the SMF kit is not a conversion kit. It is an EXEDY OE quality SMF and clutch kit replacement option Nissan’s new SMF offering to the market for the Nissan Navara and Pathfinder vehicles.

The EXEDY kit comprises a single mass flywheel and clutch kit but a clutch kit with a difference. By removing the disc stop pins and widening the angle of the torsional springs, EXEDY’s patented Wide Angle Dampened (WAD) disc has increased noise and vibration absorption capacties and does a much better job than a conventional torsion damper-driven plate, In fact, EXEDY has developed this technology for the OEM’s such as Mitsubishi and nissan and this particular disc is the same patented technology that drives the new Nissan Navar and Pathfinder vehicles.
